Our Commitment to You

At Adventia, we are committed to supporting our products long after the sale is made. We believe that our customers are our most valuable asset, and we want to offer the best service whenever you contact us.

Adventia offers FREE "reasonable technical support" to all clients that purchase new licenses, upgrade, or received free upgrades. Reasonable technical support includes:

  • walking you through the installation of the program
  • helping you configure settings so that the program works in your computer
  • guiding you through the customization process
  • assisting you with troubleshooting errors

However, it does not include:

  • customization of your web pages (HTML or additional ASP programming)
  • source code changes that will modify how the program works
  • addition of features and capabilities the current version does not support
  • assistance for platforms for which the program is not guaranteed to work with

Specific customization programming that might be requested is subject to Adventia's Support Team solely discretion and will be priced at an hourly rate. For more information, please contact us.
